It's a garment in which shirt and short are made from one piece. This kind of kit is known from athletics, skating and swimming, but never before it was used in football. The FIFA immediately took action and the UniQT was banned because the official regulation states that the kit has to consist of a shirt and a short. Less shocking, but also remarkable were the shirt numbers on the UniQT. It looks as if they are climbing plants growing on the shirt. The numbers have a wild appearance that fits the nickname of the team: les lions indomptables (the untameable lions). Usually I don't like curious numbers like these, but in this case the extravert design wonderfully grasps the team's spirit. | | |
